Shipping Policy

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are fulfilled within 3–7 business days, then shipped out. Shipping time is an addition to the fulfillment time, and depends on your location. It can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–5 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

 

Where will my order ship from?

We partner with an on-demand fulfillment service that ships from multiple locations worldwide to get your order to you as efficiently as possible.

 

Will I be charged customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not controlled by Lit & Landscapes. Customs policies vary by country, so please check with your local office to understand any potential charges before placing your order.

 

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

If your estimated delivery date has passed, please:

  • Double-check your shipping confirmation email for address errors.

  • Contact your local post office to see if they’re holding your package.

  • Check with neighbors in case the courier left your delivery nearby.

 

If everything looks correct and your order is still missing, contact us at litandlandscapes@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help.

 

If an incorrect address was provided, we can send a replacement once the original item is returned, but additional shipping costs will apply.

How are your products made?

All Lit & Landscapes items are created using a trusted print-on-demand partner. Our production facilities are located around the world, so your order is printed and shipped from the location that can fulfill it most efficiently.


Each item is made to order — reducing waste and supporting more sustainable production.

 

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

I received the wrong or a damaged product — what should I do?

We’re so sorry if something isn’t right with your order. Please email litandlandscapes@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package, including:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Your order number

  • Any other helpful details

 

We’ll review your message right away and work to make it right.

 

What’s your return policy?

Because each item is made to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind purchases. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at litandlandscapes@gmail.com and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. To request a refund, email litandlandscapes@gmail.com with photos and your order number, and we’ll take care of it.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

We’re unable to process exchanges at this time. Please refer to the sizing chart listed in each product’s description to ensure the best fit before ordering.

In rare cases, if your item was mislabeled, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
